18.5 ACRES CLEARED AND WAITING!
Our ministry team worked hard to help clear this land that will be home to over 70 orphaned and abandoned children!  Please help us continue the work.  After constructing a fence around the property, we can build the first home and welcome the first babies!

New Mercies Ministries was founded in the summer of 2006 with a heart to meet the needs of those in post-crisis (specifically post-war) nations through sustainable relief and development projects.  Karen and Charlie currently direct the ministry with the help of numerous others participating as volunteers in various capacities.  These invaluable individuals demonstrate God's love for the people of these nations by going on short-term trips, praying, investing financially and participating in various projects.

We are currently most active in Rwandawhere we are working with our local partners to build a community of homes for orphaned and abandoned children.  For simplicity, we call this our "orphanage project," but it won't look like you might think!
